Our system will create a web page you can direct your customers to where they'll be asked to rate their experience out of five. If they rate you 4/5 or 5/5 then great! This person is happy and doesn't require your immediate attention. They'll be asked to leave a review on your Google Business Profile and when they do, our AI system will reply appropriately and thank them for it.

If they give you less than 4 stars, then they won't be asked to leave a Google review. Instead, they will be shown a contact form and asked to give more detail about their experience. This allows you to try to resolve the issue and turn them around, hopefully before it leads to a negative review.

We can't stop them from going to Google and leaving a negative review anyway, but you don't have to encourage them to leave a review before you know that it's going to be positive.

We will design professional looking leaflets and/or business cards with your business name, logo and a QR code that directs customers to your feedback form that asks for a star rating before deciding where to send them next.

You can give these out to customers. You can staple them to invoices, put them in bags or boxes that you send products out in, or just hand them to people and ask them to give you some honest feedback. We will also send out a text/email asking for their feedback when you mark them as having completed their transaction in the mobile app we'll provide.

As for your past customers - if you can give us their contact details, we'll send sms/email messages out to them as well to get positive reviews coming in ASAP. 

Your feedback form will ask them for a Google review, but only if they've already indicated that they'll give you a high rating.

What about Fake Reviews?

We do not recommend validating fake negative reviews with any sort of a response. When the person has never been a customer of yours and is clearly just out to cause reputational damage to your business, do not respond! Report it to Google!
