This Terms of Service Contract (the "Agreement") is entered into by Bigwheel Web Design ("Company") and yourself ("Client") on the date of acceptance of these terms.
The Company agrees to provide the Client with digital marketing services, as purchased by the Client through the Company's website. These services may include, but are not limited to, website design, search engine optimisation, and pay-per-click advertising.
The Client understands and agrees that the Company will make every effort to work with the Client to achieve satisfactory results, but makes no guarantees about the specific results that may be achieved. The Client understands that no refunds will be given for the services provided by the Company. The client also understands that draft legal documents are sold as drafts/templates. The client accepts that it is their responsibility to have these reviewed and customised to their business by a legal professional. Bigwheel Web Design can accept no responsibility for any error or legal non-compliance.
The expected turnaround time for website design is 4-6 weeks, although it may take longer for bigger or more complex websites. The Client understands that it can take 3-6 months to start seeing results from search engine optimisation efforts.
The term of this Agreement and the cost of the services provided by the Company shall be as stated on the Company's website at the time of purchase.
The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the services provided by the Company in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
